Refreshments on the road:
Food and beverages will be provided at all rest stops. This includes fruit and sweet and salty snacks. Pre-packaged snacks will be available for stuffing in your pocket to eat on the road. Note that rest stops may be separated by 25 miles or more, so please carry two water bottles and fill them according to your personal hydration needs; carry pocket food to sustain you between stops.
Saturday post ride meal:
A hot meal will be served from 1pm to 5pm at the Turf Room.
